If you haven’t visited us before at the Barossa Farmers Market, you’ll likely have some questions. And even if you are a local, things do change from time to time. So we have put together some ideas to help you find us, visit us and gain the best experience possible from your Saturday shop at the Barossa Farmers Market.
The Barossa Farmers Market has introduced measures to enable us to continue to operate during COVID-19. We are in regular contact with the COVID hotline, SA Health, the Premier’s Office and SAPOL in order to remain up-to-date with any changes to the way in which we must operate. COVID QR Code check points are at all the entry points to the market along with hand sanitiser, both of which should be used upon arrival at the market. Should you require, a COVID check in paper and pen option is available at our Information Booth.
We thank you for your continued support during these unprecedented times.
The Barossa Farmers Market has lots of free parking on site, with entrances on Stockwell Road and Angaston Road. Should the main car park be busy, there is additional parking at the rear of the market shed.

Visiting With Your Dog
Visiting pet dogs should be on a leash and remain with their owners outside at all times. Dogs are not allowed inside the shed, unless they are accredited Assistance dogs.
We have a community stall available to local community groups and individuals who wish to sell their own produce, baking or preserves. If you would like to book our community stall, please get in touch using our Contact page.
There is an ATM available inside the market shed, behind the Information Booth, however most of our stallholders offer cashless payments.
The market toilets are located outside, at the rear of the market shed. Please follow the signs or ask one of our volunteers at the Information Booth.
The market is open every Saturday, unless advised by the CFS or SES that a catastrophic weather event will negatively impact on our ability to trade safely. Most of the market stallholders are undercover inside the shed, however some are outside. Should we deem it unsuitable to remain open due to extreme weather conditions we will place notifications on our social media pages.
Most Saturday’s we have buskers at the market. If you wish to perform at the market, please enquire by our Contact page. Advance bookings are required.
The Barossa Valley is a glorious location. Why not stay for the weekend and explore the region during your visit to the market. Visit www.barossa.com.
