Salt German Bakehouse
After sixteen years without access to the authentic German pretzels she craved, Fiona took matters into her own hands and established Salt German Bakehouse, a micro bakery dedicated to baking traditional German soft pretzels.
Salt German Bakehouse offers two types of pretzels: Swabian style pretzels, which are traditionally eaten by cutting the ‘belly’ of the pretzel and filling it with butter, and pretzel buns, which are particularly delicious when filled with camembert, lettuce, and cranberry sauce.
