At Rogers Farm, Georgie’s aim is to produce the highest quality grass-fed hogget, in the most environmentally sustainable manner possible.
Her animals are raised on dry-grown grass without added feed or chemical fertilisers. Their natural approach to animal rearing means the herd are not stressed by lack of sufficient feed, water or crowding.
The hogget stall is relatively new to the market, offering scrumptious lamb pies and cuts of meat such as leg, shanks, chops and shoulder. The only question is which one to have for dinner when you get home!
