A new addition to the market, McLachlan’s Smokery specialise in hot smoked fish. Their premium products are cured with passion using inspiration passed down through generations of smokers dating back to 1850. Jonathon’s great grandfather smoked fish commercially in Scotland. His family eventually moved to Australia and ran a small goods smokery in Nairne, SA where he learnt his skills. For many years he supplied family with smoked salmon for special occasions before making the move to commercial production.
Their products include hot smoked salmon, tommy ruff, snook and Coorong mullet.
