Jo’s Jams & Treats
Jo brings a taste of Italy to the Barossa Farmers Market. Famous for his homemade two-fruit jams, Jo also makes marmalades, biscuits, cannoli, Portuguese tarts and almond brittle.
Jo uses recipes passed down from his mother, which are infused with traditional ingredients and methods. Whilst he may be up late baking fresh for the market, he likes to think that his products are made with love.
