One of the best kept secrets of the Barossa Farmers Market, the Doecke sausage rolls and pasties are a must-have on a market morning! Chris and Noel have discovered just how to make pasties, perfect with their warm tomato sauce.

Their daughter Rachel creates the fabulous range – Ability Chocolates. Rachel was lucky enough to learn her chocolate skills under the guidance of renowned Barossa chocolatier Bryon Pearson.
