Cheryse is a French-trained qualified pastry chef. Cheryse has worked in restaurants and patisseries across Adelaide, Melbourne and the Barossa! She focuses on creating flavour combinations and uses only the finest quality ingredients to create truly unique cakes and pastries.
Cheryse brings a range of delicate French inspired patisserie to the market weekly. Her product range will include delicate fruit tarts, brownies, eclairs, and her special lemon meringue choux filled with lemon cream and topped with toasted meringue!
If you prefer light and fluffy cakes, then a pistachio cake layered with lemon thyme, roast orange and cream cheese buttercream might be just what you need. Cheryse will be at the market weekly and conveniently located in front of the espresso bar.
