Sarah of Breaking Bread (Otherness), Angaston will commence as a stallholder on the 20th of May! We are so excited!!
Sarah is a qualified chef whose passion for sourdough took her to a little bakery in San Anselmo, San Francisco. It was here she developed a passion for making sourdough bread and pastries!
Fast forward a few years, and Sarah returned to the Barossa with a desire to share her artisan sourdough bread and pastries, underpinned by a core ethos of using locally sourced, organic ingredients.
Sarah will initially bring her range of pastries to the market. Fingers crossed, it’s not long before we see her sourdough soon!
