What began as a small mushroom patch in the backyard has grown into a purpose-built farm producing premium gourmet mushrooms for some of South Australia’s leading restaurants, wineries and home cooks.

Founded by Danny, Barossa Gourmet Mushrooms is built on a passion for growing fresh, healthy, high-quality food. Every mushroom is carefully cultivated to deliver exceptional flavour, texture and freshness, with a seasonal range of exotic gourmet varieties harvested throughout the year.

Each Saturday, Danny brings his mushrooms directly from the farm to the Barossa Farmers Market, where he enjoys sharing his knowledge with customers. Whether you’re discovering gourmet mushrooms for the first time or looking for new ways to cook your favourites, Danny is always happy to offer advice, recipe ideas and cooking tips.
