Stuart Jones – Chef Patissier

Since completing his pastry chef apprenticeship in Sydney in 1984, Stuart Jones has been honing his skills in creating cakes, flans, and sweet and savoury pastries. Stuart’s baking methods are influenced by North American, European and Australian cultures but he gets his ingredients from other Barossa Farmers Market stalls – giving visitors a scrumptious taste of the world, sourced from Barossa Farmers Market produce!
