The family business is run by Mike, Nancy and daughter Leila Kasprzak, who could tell you a thing or two about deer farming, having done it for more than 30 years.

Birdwood Venison provides market visitors with fresh venison meat, gluten-free sausages, pies and smallgoods (e.g. bresaola, liverwurst, chorizo and so much more). They even have splint-free dog chews to keep your pups happy too.
