Barossa Bagels

Tanunda-based husband and wife team Esther and Davon Barnett bring an 800 year old Jewish tradition to the Barossa Farmers Market with their bagels. The dough is boiled and then baked to create a chewy outer texture with soft dough inside. Barossa Bagels come in savoury salt, sesame and poppy, as well as more experimental flavours like Fig & Orange and Betroot & Feta. There are gluten free options so no market visitors are left out, and bags of bagel chips for a take-away snack when you just can’t get enough
