Barossa Farmers Market Board

The Barossa Farmers Market is governed by a volunteer board primarily consisting of stall holders and community members. Board members terms are for two years and are voted in at the Annual General Meeting.

The AGM has been scheduled for 6pm on Wednesday 24 October 2018 at Wanera Wine Bar, Murray Street, Angaston.  Light refreshments provided.  Drinks available for purchase.  Please RSVP to [email protected] by Tuesday 23 October 2018

Nominations
Seven nominations have been received for the 2018-19 Barossa Farmers’ Market board members including positions of Chair, Treasurer and Secretary.  Details of the nominations are available for download or copies will be available at the Information Stand at the market on Saturday 20 October.  Details of the current board, including board members standing for re-election, are as follows:

If you are unable to attend this year’s AGM, we encourage you to complete a BFM Proxy Form 2018 and return  it to Barossa Farmers’ Market.  Only financial members of Barossa Farmers’ Market are entitled to vote. Only one vote per membership will be recorded.

Proposed Changes to Barossa Farmers’ Market Inc Constitution
The Barossa Farmers’ Market board would like to put the following Changes to the BFM Constitution to all members for consideration.  We invite all members to download these proposed changes and review.  The changes will be put to the AGM on Wednesday 24 October 2018 for discussion and a vote.
